冬日和谐：慈善阳光篇章

当清晨的阳光沐浴着校园时，盛大的庆祝活动正式开始。学生慈善组织“耀中耀华慈善”与学生志愿者和家长志愿者一起精心策划和执行了一系列激动人心的慈善活动。活动现场充满活力，设有美食区、互动游戏区和慈善义卖区，都散发着欢乐和温暖的氛围。

In the charity sale area, Coco, one of the co-founders of the "YCYW Charity" from the Secondary, shared her touching story. Last year, she and her team successfully raised over 50,000 yuan, which was used to support the Morning Star He He and OLH projects, bringing warmth and hope to children in need of care. She passionately called for more students to join their ranks and work together to spread love in society. Coco mentioned that from planning to execution, every step was filled with challenges, but it was these challenges that brought her and her team members closer together, allowing them to contribute to the charitable cause.

Since its establishment at last year's winter celebration, the YCYW Charity has undergone a year of growth. During this celebration, the members showcased a more mature and professional organizational ability. To ensure the smooth running of the event, they worked tirelessly alongside parent volunteers, staying up late the night before to set up the venue. From planning and preparation to on-site arrangements and careful organization of sale items, every detail reflected their wisdom and hard work, fully demonstrating the team's efficient collaboration and spirit of selfless dedication.

In the interactive game area, G6 student volunteers brought traditional handicraft projects, such as handmade lacquer fans and leaf sculptures, which attracted many students and parents to stop and participate. These traditional crafts not only allowed participants to experience the charm of traditional culture but also ignited their love for and awareness of cultural heritage. During the crafting process, the students not only honed their hands-on skills but also learned how to collaborate with team members to complete tasks together.

Meanwhile, the enthusiasm of the parent volunteers was at an all-time high. Their meticulously prepared booths were filled with a dazzling array of goods, far beyond imagination. At the food stalls, parent volunteers showcased their culinary talents, with the aroma of Turkish kebabs wafting through the air, golden and crispy Korean fried chicken, and the sweet and delicate Hokkaido ice cream—each bite offered a different delight. The children joyfully navigated this sea of food and happiness, flitting between the stalls with innocent smiles on their faces. The parent volunteers remarked, "Seeing the kids so engaged in the charity activities truly moves us. They not only learn how to help others but also how to collaborate and take responsibility. Winter Harmony： 梦幻般的旋律

在上午的活动圆满结束之后，下午的音乐会为大家揭开了另一个令人惊叹的篇章。音乐会亮点迭起，其中几个 “第一” 令人瞩目。

For the first time, the concert incorporated a musical, featuring a self-written, self-directed, and self-performed piece titled "Fairy Tale Town" by the G2 students. With their lively performances and melodious singing, they led the audience into a fantastical and vibrant fairy tale kingdom. The young actors donned enchanting costumes and, with genuine emotions and spirited dances, vividly brought each character in the story to life.

At the same time, Secondary students also showcased their poetry writing skills for the first time at the concert. They presented an original Chinese poem recitation titled "Caged Bird" and an English poem recitation called "Winter Whispers." Drama teachers Ms. Blakemore and Ms. Zhang highly praised the students' growth. G8 Eric, the author of the Chinese poem "Caged Bird," not only created the poem but also successfully inspired more classmates to participate enthusiastically, bringing the work to the stage together. The creation of the English poem "Winter Whispers" brought together the wisdom and efforts of students from different grades and classes, showcasing their collaborative spirit and profound emotional expression.

The school's music teacher, Ms. Wu, happily shared the highlights of the choir performance during the concert. She emphasized that the school has always been committed to providing a stage for every student to showcase themselves. This time, the school made its first attempt at organizing the choir by class. Each class carefully selected their choir songs based on their unique characteristics and vocal needs.
