Teacher Professional Training: Tempered Like Steel, Empowered to Set Sail

With 120 hours of intensive training covering over 20 themes—this summer, we centred on “Professional Advancement” to tailor an immersive training system for all our educators. From academic leadership to curriculum innovation, from team integration to technological empowerment, every event reflects our passion for education: 12 interdisciplinary workshops, 8 keynote speeches by principals from home and abroad, 6 in-depth campus visits, and a “Cultural Integration Curriculum” co-designed by Chinese and foreign teachers. During the training, teachers mastered advanced applications of the Managebac teaching platform. We believe education is about igniting a spark, not filling a container. We look forward to lighting the path of knowledge for every student with professionalism and warmth.

Building Emotional Connections Among Teachers: United at Heart, Bridging Together

A team of nearly 40 people, 15 exquisite dishes, 3 hours of cultural exploration—new teachers and middle management joined hands to step into Beijing’s hutongs, feeling the city’s pulse amidst the grey bricks and tiles. From the architectural wisdom of the “Symbiotic Courtyards” to the neighbourhood warmth within the “Courtyard,” everyone measured culture with their footsteps and cooked delicious food with their hands: the fresh aroma of Yunnan mushroom hotpot, the fiery passion of Sichuan spicy fish, the rich flavour of Beijing dumplings—each dish a testament to the team’s harmony. During the music sharing session, some recited ancient-style poems expressing their educational passion, while others sang folk songs revealing their original teaching aspirations. In the melodies, distances quietly shortened. As one new teacher said, “Here, there is not only professional guidance but also the warmth of home.”

Logistical Support: Crafted with Dedication, Waiting for Blossoms to Bloom

24/7 protection, 2,520 hours of hard work—while the campus rests amid the summer cicadas, the logistics team has already switched to “accelerated mode”: the security patrol averages 30,000 steps daily, fortifying the safety line; the cleaning team weeds under 35°C heat and removes moss in the rain, dedicating 2,520 hours to keeping the campus spotless; the engineering team ensures every light and window is ready for the new school year. Even more exciting is the campus “refresh and upgrade”: the cafeteria transformed into a themed space, a 100-inch TV installed in the parent reception room, 24 new lights illuminating the corridors, 353 square meters of lawn renewed in green, and 234 potted plants releasing fresh fragrance. Every detail embodies the commitment to a “student-centred” approach.
